Included with every holiday booking, our concierge service is available for our guests and property owners. Here are some frequently asked questions about all things concierge, expertly answered by our Guest Experience team.
Everyone who works at Perfect Stays is based in the South West - our team live across Cornwall and Devon and our office is in Wadebridge, North Cornwall.
The amazing team behind our concierge service are in-house specialists, with an abundance of insider knowledge and local expertise. Guiding our "Guest Experience" team is our Guest Experience Manager, Philippa. She has an extensive background in event management which makes her brilliant at organising unforgettable experiences, from beach yoga to sealife safaris.
Together with Wendy and Lindsay, our Senior Guest Coordinators, plus our Guest Coordinators, Megan and Lauren, this five-woman team are here to craft personalised itineraries that are unique to every guest.

We know our guests are huge food-lovers, so it's no surprise that private chefs, in-house wine tastings and bespoke celebration cakes are among our most popular requests.
Yoga classes and in-house spa treatments are sought-after for large adult groups, especially at properties with hot tubs, pools and saunas as they lend themselves to wellbeing breaks.
Being surrounded by gorgeous beaches and world-class surf, we also love organising watersports experiences for our guests. We see a lot of requests for one-to-one surf coaching, as well as family bookings for children and teenagers hoping to try coasteering or stand-up paddle boarding.
Our concierge service is yours to enjoy from the moment you book your holiday. Our team will get in touch with you to offer inspiration and ideas ahead of your stay, but please feel free to reach out if you have something specific in mind that you'd like a hand organising.
A lot of businesses across the South West book up weeks (sometimes months!) in advance, particularly in the summer. To avoid disappointment and ensure we can provide the best possible service, we encourage our guests to submit their concierge requests well in advance.
Absolutely. We know that some of life's most incredible memories are made on holiday, and we love being a part of this. From surprise engagements to milestone anniversaries and special occasions "just because", our team can help arrange the finer details. Ask us about celebration cakes and flower deliveries, or leave it to us to find a trusted dog-sitter so you can enjoy a stress-free evening out.
Whether you're dreaming of a cosy Sunday roast for two, or an elaborate Asian feast with the family, we've built brilliant relationships with private chefs who we can call on across the South West.
After speaking with our Concierge team about your ideas, preferences and dietary requirements, we'll do all the research and make enquiries for availability and pricing on your behalf. We'll then recommend the most suitable chefs for your stay, ready for you to whittle down your favourite. From here, all that's left for you to do is confirm your booking with the chef direct, where you can chat through the menu and any finer details.
No! Every guest has access to our concierge service from the moment they book one of our properties until the day they depart. You can use it as much or as little as you'd like; our team can simply recommend a coastal walk or a restaurant for dinner, or craft a personalised itinerary for every day of your trip - the choice is yours. Our concierge service is there to take the stress out of holiday planning and our expert advice comes at no additional cost.
Please note that we're unable to make payments on your behalf, so any bills or booking fees will need to be made by you direct to the experience provider.
No. We never charge commission to the local businesses we support through our concierge service. Whether they're award-winning spa therapists, coveted private chefs, trusted dog-sitters, or the surf coaches we've worked with since the very beginning, we'll only ever recommend the experiences and companies who we genuinely trust to provide an excellent service to our guests.
Yes. Our concierge service is available for our property owners as well as our guests. Whether you need an airport transfer for a quick weekend stay, or an action-packed itinerary for the annual family get-together, call on us for whatever you need.
