Parking and WiFi are provided at all of our properties. One travel cot and one highchair are also available at each property as a minimum.

We’re firm believers in quality and not quantity, so we only take on a limited number of new properties each year. Through innovative marketing and PR, we’ve placed ourselves at the forefront of the luxury travel sector. We invest in targeted digital marketing and frequently secure national and international press coverage. Given our background experience and local connections, we can provide our homeowners with invaluable advice whilst they prepare their property for the luxury rental market, whether they’ve just purchased or renovated a house, or have been renting for years.
We’re always interested to hear about unique, high specification homes. From incredible views to striking architecture and arresting interior design, our luxury properties have stand out features and facilities that set them apart. We’re experienced at offering advice and recommendations to homeowners, or those looking to purchase a premium home for the rental market. We also offer free surveys and rental appraisals if the property aligns with our requirements.
Through tailoring holidays and speaking to our guests, we’ve gained a detailed understanding of the features and areas that are in high demand and maximise rental income potential.
