If you're buying a physical voucher as a Christmas gift, please place your order by Monday 14th December. These orders will be sent before Royal Mail's final posting day, which is usually 19th December each year. Please note that we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders made on this date. E-vouchers are available to purchase 24 hours a day to print at home right up until Christmas Day.
Your voucher will be sent to the email address provided immediately upon completion of successful payment.
Beautifully packaged in a Perfect Stays gift box with the voucher and your gift message placed inside. The voucher will be dispatched within three working days using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Please contact us if your delivery is urgent.

If you're currently staying in one of our properties and have an urgent property issue, please call the out of hours line for the relevant servicing company to the property, where the on-call member of staff will be able to help. This number can be found on the front page of your property Guest Information Folder, on the ‘Contact Us’ section of the Guest Information Tablet, or on the Essential Information PDF you received upon paying your final balance.
