Set along a quiet Cornish lane, Constantia enjoys a secluded position just a five minute walk from the beaches at Constantine and Treyarnon Bay. Blending organic textures with South African design, discover a coastal sanctuary with a hot tub, sauna (arriving summer 2025) and sea views.
In every room, you'll find interiors that are inviting, thoughtful, and timeless. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area forms the heart of the ground floor. Rustic farmhouse elements, including exposed beams and a feature wood burner, are paired with modern pan-African influences, creating a space that feels both grounded and indulgent.
Upstairs, the vast living space, bespoke library and terrace, invite you to soak in the surrounding coastline. Take to a lounger to plan the day's round at Trevose's championship golf course, or on stormy winter days, watch the dramatic Cornish coast whip against the rugged coastline.
A natural base for large group holidays, all six bedrooms have been designed in rich, earthy tones, with a mixture of doubles, kings and super king size beds. Three of the ground floor bedrooms open out onto the garden, while the master suite awaits upstairs with its private decked balcony - perfect for quiet mornings with a coffee in hand.
The beauty of Constantia is that outdoor living feels effortless. Ancient olive trees sway in the sea breeze, framing a generous, evergreen garden. Whether it's a Braai barbeque beneath the pergola or an evening stargazing in the hot tub, the space is made to bring everyone together. A fire pit, sociable dining table, and outdoor showers make post-beach living easy.
The tranquil garden room provides a peaceful retreat, whether for a quiet moment alone with a book or for teenagers to unwind in front of the Smart TV. After sun-soaked days on the sand, unwind in the sauna and let the warmth ease you into the evening.
With Constantine Bay Beach just a short walk away, days are best spent exploring soft white sands and rolling dunes. For keen walkers, the surrounding coast paths lead to Trevose Head and Mother Ivey's Bay, while the Saints Way begins in nearby Padstow.
When it's time to taste Cornwall's culinary scene, ask our Concierge team to book a table at The Pig at Harlyn Bay, or find Padstow's world-class eateries and bijou wine bars a short drive away.
Constantia is brand new to our portfolio – additional photography and our professional video, plus interactive floorplans, are coming soon. Get in touch with our Property Advisors to register your interest and be notified when dates go live for 2025 and 2026.

Just a short drive away, Padstow is home to a range of award-winning restaurants, including the Michelin starred Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 and Rick Stein’s renowned Seafood Restaurant. Both chefs also have their own cookery schools. For casual dining, we’d recommend Rafferty’s Wine Bar or The Cornish Arms in St Merryn. And if wine is your passion, visit the nearby Trevibban Mill or discover Cornwall’s best vineyards with Cornish Wine Tastings.

Hire bikes in Padstow and embark on the picturesque Camel Trail, which will take you along the estuary, through Wadebridge and out towards Bodmin Moor. Walkers will relish the South West Coast Path, with lovely walks to Trevose Lighthouse and Porthcothan.
