With interiors designed by Iroka, every room radiates a sense of tranquillity and comfort. Sleeping up to 10 guests and home to a hot tub and beautiful rural views, large groups will find everything they need for a stay to remember.
A large kitchen and dining room form the centrepiece of the ground floor. Bathed in natural light, this sociable area also features a living section with comfy sofas and a smart TV for evening entertainment. Bi-fold doors open to the back garden, where an outdoor dining table offers a taste of al fresco living in sunny weather.
Neighbouring the kitchen is the snug. This cosy room provides a more intimate base for enjoying a film or box set, and has the convenience of a sofa bed to accommodate two younger guests. There’s also a separate living area to the front of the house hosting a wood burner for cosy evenings in, as well as a Smart TV and plush seating, making it another fantastic breakout space. Two good-sized bedrooms, a family bathroom and the utility room complete the level.
Both of the first floor bedrooms come complete with sparkling en-suite shower rooms and enviable sunset vistas. Gentle neutral tones instil a sense of calm, while the windows frame endless green fields frequented by ambling cattle. Outside, the generous garden features plenty of room for children to let off steam and catches warm rays throughout the day. All the while, the inviting hot tub is a must for whiling the hours away with a glass of fizz in the company of blue or starry skies.
With the bays of Constantine and Treyarnon less than a five minute drive away, St Merryn is blessed with a range of eateries and shops on its doorstep. Among the highlights is The Cornish Arms – a renowned pub and restaurant run by Rick Stein, just a 10 minute walk away. The dog-friendly sands of Harlyn Bay Beach promise sunbathing, surfing and walking opportunities, with the South West Coast Path uncovering breathtaking coves in both directions.

We've had a wonderful stay at Fair Skies. The beautiful house has been wonderful and comfortable to stay in. The village of St Merryn has not disappointed. Great pub, lovely bakery and the Salt and Samphire restaurant was wonderful. Thank you for the wonderful welcome pack. It was lovely to have some tasty treats on arrival. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. The finish and furnishings are second to none. The hot tub was fabulous too. We would recommend Fair Skies whole heartedly apart from the weather we've had a truly wonderful week.
”On behalf of our family, we'd like to give a heartfelt thank you for the amazing week we've just had Fair Skies. Your attention to detail and all the little touches made us feel right at home. This has been one of the best family holidays we've had in Cornwall. While we can't recommend Fair Skies enough, we might selfishly want to keep this gem to ourselves.
”Fair Skies is a beautiful property with a real wow factor. Located in the lovely small village of St. Merryn, it is beautifully appointed and furnished throughout to a really high standard and had everything we could need to make the stay incredibly relaxing. It has a huge drive for plenty of cars and a massive garden that the dogs love. The three living areas meant we could enjoy them for quiet time, gaming and socialising. Lots of facilities in the village which was a short walk from the house and was perfect for the type of break we wanted. We will certainly be back.

”We stayed at Fair Skies in St Merryn which was a perfect location for exploring Harlyn Bay and Constantine. Lovely eateries, obligatory seaside fish and chip shop and a bakery a couple of minutes walk. The house has views of open fields to the back and was beautifully clean, comfortable and so well equipped it was unbelievable. The food hamper had delicious local goods, especially the cheeses from Padstow Farm Shop where we restocked. Do not hesitate to book with this company, it was perfect.
