- Coast and countryside views
- Striking feature wood burner
- Large enclosed garden
- Sea-facing balcony
- Hot tub
- Gozney Pizza oven
Bringing the warmth of a Scandinavian ski chalet to the Cornish coast, this interior designed home combines sparkling sea glimpses with elements of the rustic and bohemian. Every aspect has been hand-picked to promote relaxation - from the four spacious bedrooms to the sunny garden, where sunset dips in the hot tub and al fresco dining under the ancient olive trees, festooned with fairy lights, await.
On the first floor, the open plan living areas are tied together by honey-toned woods and rich leather textiles. Surrounded by rattan armchairs, linen sofas and bottle green panelling, the inset log burner creates a fiery focal point from all angles. Looking out across undulating countryside with glimpses over the sea, turn to the balcony and welcome a fresh breeze for morning coffee. Framed by striking apex windows, this tranquil spot promises peace and quiet.
The kitchen and dining areas blend seamlessly into one, with unique seagrass pendant lighting and Juliet balconies flooding the room with a golden glow. There’s a striking concrete table for sociable lunches, and plenty of cosy nooks to fall into at the end of each day, plus a built-in bar for whiskey nightcaps.
Downstairs, three super king bedrooms await, with two benefitting from versatile zip and link beds. All finished to the highest standard, the interiors blend earthy tones with organic linens and dark wooden furnishings. The master suite opens directly onto a private terrace with the hot tub nearby, and is home to an indulgent en-suite shower room. The fourth bedroom, another zip and link, can be found upstairs, sitting under sloping ceilings with an en-suite bathroom. What’s more, thanks to a sofa bed in the ground floor snug, little ones can enjoy holiday sleepovers after tiring beach walks and games on the PlayStation 5.
A haven for outdoor living, families can host evening suppers on the terrace, complete with a barbeque and pizza oven, or opt for nights beneath the stars in the private hot tub. After a day spent on the beach, a heated outdoor rainforest shower and dog wash station awaits, complete with wetsuit dunk tank and drying area.
When it's time to explore, you’ll find crystal-clear waters at Treyarnon Bay Beach, 20 minutes away on foot. From here, the coast path stretches over to Constantine Bay in one direction, and Porthcothan Bay in the other, both dog-friendly and perfect for walking holidays. One of the county’s most-loved courses, the sea-view Trevose Golf Club is a short drive away, while foodies can enjoy traditional roast lunches at The Pig in Harlyn Bay, or wood-fired pizzas at Rick Stein’s pub, The Cornish Arms.

Bedroom Two with En-suite
Another ground floor bedroom, this room also enjoys serene garden views. A neutral colour scheme beautifully complements the room’s countryside backdrop, while the zip and link bed welcomes a restful night's sleep.
Benefiting from an en-suite, step into the large walk-in shower for a refreshing soak on arrival.
Bedroom Three with En-suite
A mirror image of the second bedroom, this super king room is home to heavenly muted interiors and a zip and link bed. Finished in sage greens with soft rattans and ash-toned floors, there’s every reason to sit back and relax. Open Plan Kitchen, Dining and Living Area
Living Area
Light, bright and welcoming, the open plan living space is finished in exposed wood, rich leather and striking concrete. Sitting under high ceilings, the dual-aspect windows frame views over the surrounding countryside and sea glimpses towards Treyarnon Bay. Stoke the fire while watching the sunrise from one side of the room, then savour dramatic Cornish sunsets from the opposite balcony each evening. With French doors that open straight out onto gorgeous sea glimpses as the sky turns amber, it's no wonder this room becomes the natural setting for quality family time.
Featuring bottle green panelling, textured armchairs, leather ottomans and low-slung coffee tables, the living area is designed to be savoured. Whether you look forward to putting your feet up in front of the glass-fronted wood burner, or curling up with a new series on the wall-mounted Sony Smart TV, there’s plenty of space to enjoy as you wish. There’s also an abundance of seating to sink into, with two linen upholstered sofas and boucle armchairs throughout.
Kitchen
With its wood-clad cabinets and views over both coast and country, the kitchen is immediately striking. Prepare buttery toast and fresh coffee overlooking distant shores, as the rising sun drenches the room in a golden hue. Modern monochrome appliances sit beautifully against the natural wood, featuring an American-style LG fridge-freezer, a Bosch double oven, CDA induction hob, AEG dishwasher and a Nespresso Delonghi coffee machine.
Close by is the dedicated bar area. With a MQuvée wine cooler and mirrored shelving, find just the place to sink into a leather armchair and savour a chilled glass of white.
Dining Area
Sharing the same views over sweeping Cornish countryside, the large concrete dining table is accompanied by 10 woven leather saddle-style chairs. Low-hanging pendants add to the Scandinavian feel, welcoming long lunches and family suppers in the breeze of the three Juliet balconies that line the walls.
Bedroom Four with En-suite
Sitting under sloping ceilings and flooded with natural light, the fourth bedroom is as calming as it is beautifully designed. Beside the kitchen on the first floor and echoing the same gentle muted colour palette as the living area, it feels instantly luxurious. There’s a zip and link bed which can be made up as a super king or twins, depending on your group’s sleeping arrangements, plus a Philips TV.
Wicker lampshades, a textured armchair and a statement freestanding mirror decorate the room, while a driftwood-style clothes rail and a chest of drawers provide plenty of storage.
This bedroom also benefits from an en-suite, where the refreshing waterfall shower promises to wake even the sleepiest of heads. Set on the same level as the living areas and sea-view balcony, this room is best suited to guests wishing to avoid steps during their stay.
