Moments from the water’s edge, Shorebreak is a spectacular coastal retreat complete with sparkling sea views and striking architecture. Occupying a tranquil location with bright and spacious interiors, this exceptional house ticks all the boxes for memorable getaways.
Shorebreak sleeps eight guests and showcases a contemporary wood-clad Scandi design, complete with the highest eco credentials. Four double bedrooms lie on the ground floor, with the en-suite master and second bedroom opening onto the garden and terrace – perfect for starting the day with a coffee in the morning sun. Upstairs, the sociable open plan living area will have you feeling truly transported to a home-from-home with dramatic ocean views.
High ceilings and a large glass apex window flood the first floor with natural light, while sliding doors lead out onto the sea-view balcony. The latter hosts a table for dining al fresco to the backdrop of Constantine Bay’s breath-taking sapphire-blue surf. The airy kitchen and dining area, with a breakfast bar, eight-seater table and stylish bar stools, provides a hub for clinking glasses of fizz and unwinding while the sun goes down.
The ground floor delights with a fresh and simple layout. Each bedroom exudes a character of its own; you’ll find charming driftwoods and rattans complementing white walls and tasteful furnishings. Quadruple glazed internorm windows ensure a peaceful night’s sleep, while a luxuriant family bathroom and separate shower room complete the level. Outside, a grassy garden wraps around the house and benefits from being both flat and fully enclosed – a fantastic space for dogs and children to let off steam and make the most of the Cornish air.
Located on the North Cornish coast, Constantine Bay is a haven for golden sands and sparkling seascapes, and sits a five minute walk from the house. Tucked into the Seven Bays, the beach is renowned for its waves and labyrinthine rock pools, while the adjacent coastal path carves its way past some of Cornwall’s most impressive views in both directions. For special occasions and birthday dinners, ask our Concierge team to book a table at The Pig in Harlyn Bay, where first class food and service await.

Another light and airy space, the third bedroom is immediately striking with its solid driftwood headboard. Made up of sage greens and soothing greys, this room is a real ode to its Scandi-inspired design. The double bed can be split into twins depending on your group size, and a small bathroom awaits just next door.
Bedroom Four
The last of the set, bedroom four is made up of natural woods, complementary yellows and deep blues. Home to a zip and link bed, it can be made up as a twin or a double depending on your sleeping arrangements.
Bathroom
Serving bedrooms two and three, this small bathroom is finished in the same gentle colour palette as the master’s en-suite and features a delightful waterfall shower.
Family Bathroom
Adorned in sleek grey tile, the large family bathroom serves bedroom four and is spacious and spa-like. There’s a deep bath tub ready for long soaks and a refreshing shower head for morning routines.
Hallway
The downstairs hallway leads directly onto the garden where the outdoor shower and surf store await. There’s also a handy cupboard tucked away under the stairs which houses a Siemens washer dryer.

More about theFirst Floor
Kitchen and Dining Area
Occupying the breadth of the first floor, the open plan kitchen, dining and living area is a sea-view sanctuary. Double apex windows douse the room in sunlight while also providing beautiful ocean views over Constantine Bay’s shores.
The kitchen sits towards the back of the room and is immediately impressive with Tom Raffield pendant lighting, dove grey cabinetry and slick white countertops. A breakfast bar with three bar stools invites the early birds of the group to sit and enjoy morning Nespressos with a sea-view backdrop. Finished to an impeccably high standard, you’ll also find a Quooker tap, a wine cooler, and a Siemens double oven and induction hob, as well as plenty of storage. Meanwhile, a Siemens dishwasher means the washing up is taken care of at the end of each day.
Close by sits the unique cement-topped dining table. Seating eight, the beautifully designed chairs introduce subtle pops of colour with greens, ochres and greys. Becoming the heart of the home, this is where glasses will be clinked and holiday memories made. There’s also a SONOS soundbar ready to entertain, so switch on a favourite playlist and while away the hours with everyone gathered together.
Living Area
Retire to the living area where sumptuous grey sofas and armchairs await. Watch the waves roll over the distant shores or curl up with a film on the Samsung Smart TV once evening arrives. Dotted with jute pouffes, natural woods and ochre textiles, the living area blends beach house influences with a subtle Scandi design. The beautiful, far-reaching vista can be enjoyed from one of the two armchairs positioned in their own nook, in front of floor-to-ceiling windows. Radiating a sense of calm, the upstairs living space invites everyone to ease into life by the sea - no matter the time of year.
There’s also a small WC located beside the staircase for those enjoying the upstairs living space.
Balcony
On warmer days, spill out onto the balcony for drinks in the sunshine or prepare barbequed suppers after days on the sand. A dining table with bench style seating soaks up gorgeous views out to sea. The perfect place to watch the day disappear, wine and dine until the golden skies are replaced by stars.

Just a short drive away, Padstow is home to a range of award-winning restaurants, including the Michelin starred Paul Ainsworth at Number 6 and Rick Stein’s renowned Seafood Restaurant. Both chefs also have their own cookery schools. For casual dining, we’d recommend Rafferty’s Wine Bar or The Cornish Arms in St Merryn. And if wine is your passion, visit the nearby Trevibban Mill or discover Cornwall’s best vineyards with Cornish Wine Tours.

Hire bikes in Padstow and embark on the picturesque Camel Trail, which will take you along the estuary, through Wadebridge and out towards Bodmin Moor. Walkers will relish the South West Coast Path, with lovely walks to Trevose Lighthouse and Porthcothan. Set just above Constantine, the stunning Trevose Golf Club caters for a range of standards and the popular St Enodoc Golf Club is a 30 minute drive away.

With a seasonal outdoor pool, tennis courts and range of spa treatments, the Trevose Golf and Country Club is a great option for some nearby pampering, with plenty of options for complete and utter relaxation. For the ultimate indulgence, we’d recommend heading to Mawgan Porth for a spa day or evening at The Scarlet Hotel Spa and relaxing in the open air hot tub, or indulging in one of the high quality treatments on offer at the Bedruthan Hotel Spa.

The nearby Camel Creek Adventure Park is perfect for children of all ages, with family friendly rides, animal encounters and play areas.
