Kilden Mor is an amazing house. It is located close to the centre of Padstow with its great shops and restaurants. We were welcomed with a wonderful hamper of goodies, beautiful flowers, and freshly cooked scones. It offers modern and spacious living with lovely views over the Camel Estuary. The house is equipped to a very high standard, with everything you can think of available. This is definitely a house to beat, and we would certainly go back again.
”Third year and still has the "Wow" factor. Perfect location and has amazing facilities. Superbly maintained property.
”Stunning house, with an exceptional welcome hamper and super customer service. We will definitely use Perfect Stays again.
”We've recently returned from a three-night stay at Kilden Mor in Padstow. We were a group of five friends who have all retired this year and what a lovely relaxing experience we had at this luxury modern property with fantastic facilities. We arrived to find a welcome hamper containing wonderful Cornish products. Every little detail was thought of to make our stay enjoyable. However, the real highlight of this property is the view over the Camel Estuary, which took our breath away. Finally, I cannot praise the Concierge team enough. They regularly kept in touch with us to offer help and information about Padstow and its surrounding areas and they also made restaurant and taxi bookings for us. This was such a memorable experience for us all and I know we will be speaking about it for years to come.
”This was our second stay at Kilden Mor and we had an equally great stay as last year, everything about Kilden Mor is perfect, the facilities and location. We're looking forward to next year already. The property is well pitched and supported by Perfect Stays and we like the attention to detail and contact throughout our stay to ensure all is well - thank you.
”I cannot speak highly enough of Perfect Stays...from booking Kilden Mor to throughout the stay, they were friendly, professional and super helpful. They made the experience a real pleasure and we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you Perfect Stays...a superb portfolio of really special properties.
”My family and I had a wonderful holiday at Kilden Mor. The location is perfect, amazing views of the estuary and a walkable distance to town. The interior of the house was stunning and the owners have thought of everything, we'll definitely stay again.
”Kilden Mor is such a fabulous place to stay. Not only is it located in the beautiful Padstow, but the property itself is brilliant for holidays too! We had a wonderful week, which was helped by the weather, but the house was fantastic regardless.
Everything that you need is there and more. The bedrooms and en-suites were amazingly comfortable and very clean. The garden is so pretty with beautiful flowers and comfy seating, and of course there's the hot tub! What more can I say?
You are greeted with delicious scones and a hamper full of Cornish goodies, and all the essentials are in the fridge when you arrive. I loved the fact that the property was in easy reach of the Camel Trail, and you can pop into town in five minutes. We just loved our stay there. Thank you very much!
”Kilden Mor in Padstow is a beautiful property and very well equipped. It had absolutely everything. We also found Perfect Stays to be very helpful and friendly, we would certainly use them again.
”As we entered Kilden Mor and went up the stairs, we were immediately confronted by a huge 'wow factor'. Not only is the view across to Rock and over the estuary stunning but everything in the house is of the highest specification possible, even for a 'smart house'. We have stayed in numerous holiday homes over the years but have never enjoyed a property so well-equipped, not only in the kitchen but in every room! It was our first stay with Perfect Stays and we will have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends, not only because of the property but also for the efficient and professional way in which the staff at Perfect Stays dealt with us every step of the way. From the initial enquiry to being greeted with the excellent hamper and cream tea, which awaited us on arrival.
Thank you, we will certainly be back with you in the future.
”A fantastic, modern house located in a very quiet road with fantastic views of the estuary, Rock and beyond. Exceeded all expectations with super equipped kitchen, spacious well designed bathrooms and very comfortable well furnished rooms throughout. Beautifully designed garden with all furniture requirements catered for. We were very lucky with the weather so able to make the most of the very best hot tub. And the location was excellent - literally a 5 minute walk into the harbour / town for all it has to offer and a great location for leaving the car and walking out. The property is well pitched and supported by the Perfect Stays Team. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the property, so booked to return next year!
”Very nice, we're having a lovely time and the house itself and location are both great!
”Kilden Mor is a fantastic property overlooking the Camel Estuary at Padstow. The house is beautifully presented, and a lot of money has been spent getting it to a high standard, this also extends to the garden. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. A special word to the team, who were fantastic, that took the booking and dealt with many enquiries and made reservations for us. Just fantastic.
”Wow - we have just returned from a fabulous two weeks in Padstow staying at Kilden Mor. A fabulous location, the house was amazing - from the modern gadgets, the phenomenal view over to Rock, the comfy beds - it really is a wonderful house. An awesome Perfect Stays property. Thank you, we loved staying at Kilden Mor - we have returned home relaxed and refreshed.
