Kitchen and Dining Area
Beautifully spacious and social, the kitchen and dining area blends coastal influences with modern farmhouse finishes. The light blue cabinetry is complemented by slate grey fixtures and white marble countertops, while rustic scaffold shelving ties everything together. Bespoke recessed lighting adds to the home’s contemporary design, and floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors mean the space can easily extend onto the terrace and garden.
The kitchen features a Nespresso Krups coffee machine and AEG appliances, including an integrated fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combi-oven and induction hob. The farmhouse sink sits directly in front of the window, so views over the surrounding coast are never too far away. Meanwhile, the large kitchen island houses a wine cooler and three bar stools, ready for pre-dinner drinks.
The dining area enjoys lots of natural sunlight, thanks to the bi-fold doors on two sides. When it’s warm, pull them back and enjoy summer suppers on the ash table, which seats eight. Once evening falls, wrap up in blankets and savour nightcaps on the terrace.
Just next to the kitchen, the utility area is equipped with an additional sink and storage, as well as a Beko washing machine and tumble dryer.
Please note: guests with pacemakers should avoid using the induction hob as this can interfere with the device.

Sharing with bedroom four, the fresh and neutral ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom features a waterfall shower and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom Three with En-suite
Made up of delicate blues and crisp white linens, this bedroom is also situated on the ground floor and enjoys a private en-suite shower room. Bedroom Four with ‘Jack and Jill’ Bathroom
Enjoying tranquil garden views, this twin room is finished in dark blues and muted oranges. Perfect for younger guests or friends, the two single beds sit in front of teal wood paneling and intricate sea life illustrations. There’s a Smart LG television and an Xbox Series X for movie and games nights and plenty of drawer and hanging space for storing your holiday wardrobe.
The ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom is shared with bedroom two. Featuring a waterfall shower and heated towel rail, refresh each morning before pulling on fluffy robes and savouring a coffee.

We booked a week at Cornerways in St Mawes with Perfect Stays having very little knowledge of what to expect - however, if you're after a completely relaxing break then this is for you! St Mawes is a five minute walk away, but the sea and boats can be seen from the front room and suntrap terrace. Overall, its a clean and comfortable home, ideal for unwinding and Perfect Stays were brilliant in making sure we were happy.
