Overlooking the pool is an atmospheric lounge and bar, so you can treat yourself to a post-swim cocktail in style.
Multiple open plan living spaces are spread across the first floor, with a Mark Wilkinson kitchen and sunken dining area in one wing and a huge living room, garden room and deck at the centre. In the opposite wing, there are two beautiful bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Furnished in bespoke, locally-designed furniture, the master bedroom is the pièce de résistance of Sea House. Rise from the super king bed, head onto the private balcony and watch the surfers catch the first waves of the day. The majestic en-suite will add a touch of luxury to your morning routine, with a huge bathtub, shower and steam cubicle. A further two bedrooms and family bathroom are located just across the hall.
Encircled by gardens, balconies and decking, Sea House invites al fresco living. Families will relish the proximity to the beach, which is great for surfing, bodyboarding and sunbathing. The weather was wonderful and Sea House was a fabulous party house. Perfect Stays were very helpful in arranging balloons for my husband's 80th birthday - the family had a ball! Other highlights include the swimming pool, which was amazing, and the house was perfect for walking, with the beach on our doorstep.
”Perfect Stays were first class and unobtrusive, yet there in the background to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was brilliant, whatever the weather we were never stuck for something to enjoy. The house worked perfectly, there was something for everyone, particularly the children, in fact it was one of those few occasions when the reality was better than the pictures on the website. We will definitely go back.
”We had a great time at Sea House, the house has fantastic sea views and definitely lives up to expectations. There’s plenty of room for a group to be together with lots of relaxing spaces to break away to as well. It was fun to cook together in the well-equipped kitchen with a cocktail or two. The house was very clean and Perfect Stays called during the holiday to check everything was going well. We would highly recommend Sea House for a group getaway with friends or family – you won't be disappointed with the house, the location, the pool and even the steam showers. We all had a great stay and couldn't fault it!
”Perfect Stays have been amazing throughout, really helping with the booking process and advice on what to do in the area. The property, Sea House, was of a really high standard, so much space and amazing views! Would love to book with Perfect Stays again and try some of the other properties.
”From arrival to departure, we had a fantastic week at Sea House. It's a beautiful house, incredibly spacious and right on the beach. The hot sunny weather was a bonus during our stay. Rooms are clean and tidy, with a very well-equipped kitchen. Fantastic heated indoor pool with a bar area which we used daily. Good communication throughout from the team. Will definitely be back. Thanks.
”Sea House is located in a perfect setting, very well equipped and very clean. We had a perfect week.
”We had a fantastic stay at Sea House. The property was amazing and the views were breathtaking. The pool and bar area were particularly enjoyable. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely love to stay here again. The concierge service offered by Perfect Stays was also very helpful and efficient.
”We got really lucky with the weather - wall to wall sunshine - so we just stayed close to home and made the most of the beautiful Sea House, sundeck and beach. Sea House itself was fantastic with everything we needed. Porth Beach is great. We waded round the headland to Lusty Glaze at low tide which was great fun. All-in-all the best UK holiday we have ever had!
”After a cold wet day exploring the beaches and walking across the beautiful cliffs, it was heaven returning to Sea House and relaxing in the superb swimming pool. All the kids, big and small, had a great time and were very sorry to leave. Would you please pass on our gratitude to the owners who allowed us to stay in their unique house. Here's hoping that we will all be able to stay with you again soon.
”The house was designed with great detail and has the most fantastic views. We have three small children and the house suited us perfectly. The house is literally on the beach. We made great use of the pool every day, it is lovely and warm, as is the air around the pool. We even had some sun in Cornwall while the rest of the UK had snow. Overall the most amazing house we have ever stayed in.
”We are all so sad to be leaving today. We are in love with Sea House and we have fallen for Cornwall in a way that had never happened before. We have never felt so comfortable in a house and it's so beautifully designed. All in all, top scores for you all round. Your efforts were enormous and so very appreciated. I can't thank you enough.
”The house is spectacular - I was amazed that such high-spec fittings had been chosen for a house that is being rented out. The house has the most amazing location and is also practical - everyone from young to old thoroughly enjoyed themselves and there was nothing we could fault. We will definitely be coming back.
”We had a wonderful time at Sea House. It is quite an exceptional house with fantastic views and we would definitely recommend and visit again, the area is lovely too.
”We had a wonderful time at Sea House over the new year. A fantastic location and a magnificent house. The indoor swimming pool was an added bonus. We cannot praise highly enough. A very special place.
”We stayed at The Sea House in September and wow! Absolutely amazing. From the dealings with Perfect Stays, through booking, to arrival at this beautiful accommodation. It's truly a dream house with everything and more than you need. All the fixtures and fittings are of high quality with every room furnished to a very high standard.
We were lucky enough to have the master bedroom and this was pure luxury. Waking up every morning looking out to sea from the stunning panoramic windows. Every shower has a steam facility which adds to the luxury of this house. There is so much space that you will never be under each other's feet. The swimming pool is gorgeous and another amazing bonus to this property. We spent many hours having fun with our family and then relaxing in the bar area attached, honestly incredible.
The beach is easily accessible from a short path and Porth Bay is stunning. We had some picturesque coastal walks which were breath-taking. We hope we get the opportunity to return to this unique property because we did not want to leave. Thank you to Perfect Stays who live up to their name and thank you to the owners who allow us to stay.
